Eric graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, and later completed the MBA program at Pepperdine University. Eric brings over a decade of industry experience in chemical engineering, process safety and business management. Working his way up at SAFER Systems from project manager to president, has allowed Eric to become intimately familiar with every aspect of the company, the products, and the needs of our customers.


Fred is an accomplished business executive who has successfully lead sales teams in revenue growth, new business development, account strategies, and staff development. His expertise lies in identifying customer needs and providing products and services that provide solutions and a peace of mind. At SAFER Systems Fred is building a global sales team to deliver the value of SAFER to our customers worldwide. Fred holds a B.S. in Business & Marketing from California Lutheran University.


With over 17 years of experience with multiple Fortune 1000 Internet and Cloud Technology companies – including J2 Global, Intuit, Yahoo! and, Michael brings a wealth of experience and best practices in Product Management and Marketing. Michael is a key partner in transitioning SAFER to a cloud-based SaaS model and further developing the products to take full advantage of SAFER’s flagship product delivery platform – SAFER One™. Michael is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, completing his service as a Captain with 14 years of Active and Reserve Service. He was awarded the Army’s Combat Patch during operations in the Middle East, and also earned the Airborne, Air Assault, Southwest Asia Service, Liberation of Kuwait, and Army Commendation Medals. He is a graduate of Marion Military Institute (AA), UCLA (BA) and Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Management (MBA).


Dr. Shah oversees the research, development and testing of new and existing SAFER Systems products. Since joining the company in 1991, he has made major contributions in the advancement of emergency response and consequence analysis technology. He has been awarded several patents for an intelligent integration of points and open path chemical sensors with dispersion modeling algorithm for properly characterizing the source of incident. He earned his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas, his M.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his B.S. in chemical engineering from Youngstown State University. In April 2008, he was nominated to the Arkansas Academy of Chemical Engineers(AACHE).


Charlie graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Following graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy and completed the Nuclear Power Training Pipeline prior to serving on-board a nuclear submarine. After leaving the service, Charles proceeded to accumulate more than 5 years of engineering and project management experience in various roles within the BOC Group prior to joining SAFER Systems. His initial role with SAFER was as the Customer Success Engineer, responsible for all aspects of the implementing SAFER’s first enterprise contract with industry leader Honeywell. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of project implementation from Kick-Off, customization and development, installation, training, and commissioning. Following the successful roll-out of SAFER Real-Time at 8 Honeywell sites world-wide, Charles expanded his reach and took on a role as a Project Manager with responsibility for delivering comprehensive Emergency Response solutions to SAFER’s vast global customer base. From there, he moved into the role of Engineering Manager, where he is still in the field providing training, new project implementations, system audits, and siting work, but also manages the Technical Support Team and Field Engineers that continue to deliver SAFER’s industry standard of customer support.
