REMOTE ASSISTANCE

SAFER Systems provides customers with remote assistance using GoToAssist™ during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Using the GoToAssist form, a SAFER technical support team will engage remote assistance while on the phone with customers to gain desktop access and resolve issues in real time.
